1. Identification

It’s not unusual to find that what you think is the problem creating challenges within your organization is not actually the problem. We will partner with you to identify the real issue – and its root causes by clearly outlining the best approach to understanding what is causing your organization pain. This ensures that you don’t risk allotting resources to investigating or solving a misidentified problem.

2. Insight

Is our view of the challenge facing the organization backed up by data? We will gather information to validate and shed insight on the issue through various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, focus groups, review of existing data). This step will also help identify any additional issues that may need to be addressed.

3. Analysis

Because data can mean different things to different people, we will make sure the data makes sense to you using the cultural lens of your organization. We will do this by analyzing the information gathered and reviewing preliminary findings with you. This stage will also help us understand if any additional information is needed.

4. Delivery

Whether the deliverables include live training or a report with key findings and recommendations, we will leverage conclusions drawn from the Analysis stage to deliver personalized solutions only (no off-the-shelf, “cookie cutter” templates that you are expected to navigate on your own).

5. Follow Up

Whenever the intention is to drive behavioral change, tracking progress is critical to success. After the project is over, you can expect us to follow up and advise on course corrections as necessary. Unlike other firms who deliver the project and move on to other things, we remain in communication with you to ensure your organization is in the best position possible to implement – and benefits from – our deliverables in the long run.
